Production Lead Time:

Payment Terms:

To ensure a smooth process, we follow these payment checkpoints:

• Design Phase: Once the majority of design work has been completed (i.e., 20+ hours), a payment for the design services is due before moving forward. This is [10%] of the total cost.
• Order Placement: Upon confirming the order, a deposit of [50%] is required to begin production.
• Shipping Date: The remaining [40%] balance is due once your order is ready to ship.
